This faculty is held in many cultures by many names, i.e.:  inklings, perceptions, de-ja vu, knowings, feelings and more, just in English.

Each and every one of us is born with the ability to harness a facility, a 'sense', and become more informed about the world around us. Countless individuals have reported this occurring in their lives, in varying degrees and in a variety of situations.

The important thing to do is to trust the perceptions that you get. Keep a record of what information you receive, and check your accuracy. The more that you work with your ability, the more accurate it will become.
